Family Yoga
Beaming Buddhas Family Yoga is a fun class incorporating music, yoga and games. It is a great way for the parent/carer to connect with the child.What our parents say about Beaming Buddhas Family Yoga:

Benefits of yoga for the child:
It provides a daily routine of activity through which the parent can engage constructively with their child
